This letter from Tank, and the supporting documents, were sent to Rep. Skillicorn of Illinois, to ask him to assist in getting Kara Witkowski’s daughter, Sasha, back from her abductor/father/abuser, Thomas Biel. The sense of urgency in this matter can not be overstated!

This is such a tragedy with the courts have allowed to happen to this family. This was absolutely avoidable. There was abuse of power and incompetence along with an ethical decisions made not based in the child’s best interest. The surviving child, must be returned to the immediate family immediately. Shame on CPS, DCFS, and anyone associated with this case it did not follow proper protocol and procedure around the ethical code of conduct.
Send her daughter home to her mother. She already lost her baby, let her daughter live.
